Holy Committees
Within the Holy State, divine guidance is often best pursued through cooperative discernment. To that end, only Cardinals and Doves are permitted to form Holy Committees to address issues of significance to our people, faith, governance, or sacred future.
Who Can Form a Committee?
Formation rights are reserved exclusively for:
- Cardinals – Senior spiritual leaders appointed through the conclave.
- Doves – Anointed visionaries of peace and divine wisdom, selected by the faithful.
Committee Purpose
Holy Committees may be formed to address topics including, but not limited to:
- Doctrinal interpretation and revisions
- Public morality and sacred law
- Rail technology and infrastructure plans
- Social order and communal welfare
- Use and cultivation of the holy marijuana crop
- Space exploration and divine sciences
- Stewardship of land and resources
How Committees Are Formed
A Cardinal or Dove may initiate a Holy Committee by submitting a formal decree to the Clerical Council. The decree must outline:
- The subject matter of the committee
- Its sacred purpose and objective
- The number and role of participants
- Expected duration (temporary or permanent)
Once approved, the committee may begin operations, publish findings, and submit proposals directly to the Holy State’s legislative arms.
Divine Unity in Purpose
All committees are sacred instruments of divine order. They must operate in the light of truth, without corruption, deceit, or ambition. Their mission is to safeguard the will of the Most High and ensure the flourishing of the faithful through wisdom and discernment.
