Founding a Knightly Order
Open to the Ordained — Eternal in Legacy — Guarded by the Council
Who May Found an Order?
Any ordained member of the Faith — whether a Bishop, Priest, Monk, or Nun — holds the sacred right to establish a Knightly Order.
Leadership and Legacy
The founder of a Knightly Order shall serve as its supreme leader for life. Upon their passing, command is transferred to their heir — chosen either by blood, spiritual adoption, or clear declaration. This line continues unless the order is revoked by higher decree.
Oversight by the Council of Defense
All Knightly Orders, regardless of who founded them, fall under the oversight of the Council of Defense. The Head of the Council — whether a Cardinal or a Dove, as appointed by a Guardian of the Holy — is charged with ensuring each order aligns with the sacred mission, remains loyal to the Faith, and adheres to martial and spiritual discipline.
Revocation
If a Knightly Order strays from its purpose or poses a danger to the holy balance, it may be revoked by a consensus of the Guardians of the Holy and the Head of the Council of Defense. In such a case, its members are disbanded or absorbed, and its heir loses succession rights.
